These terms cover orders placed through this website. Please read them before ordering.
Orders are requests, not completed sales
Placing an order online tells us what you would like to buy and which branch you would like to collect it from. It is not a finished purchase. The sale is completed when you collect the items and pay at the counter.
We will confirm your order by phone before it is ready to collect, which is why a working mobile number is required.
We do not set items aside
Ordering online does not reserve stock. Items are sold first come, first served, and remain on sale until someone collects and pays for them. Please wait for our call before travelling to a branch, so we can confirm the item is still available for you.
Availability between branches
Stock shown on this site covers the business as a whole, not a single branch. An item marked In stock may not be on the shelf at the branch you selected. If that happens we will call you and arrange to move the item, or agree another branch.
What the stock labels mean
- In stock — we hold this item somewhere in the business.
- Pre-order — not on the shelf today. We will order it in and call you when it arrives.
- Out of stock — cannot be ordered at the moment.
Collecting your order
Bring a valid ID and your order number. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need a copy of your ID and a note authorising them.
Prices
Prices are in Philippine Pesos. We take care to keep them accurate, but if an item is priced incorrectly we will tell you before you pay and you are free to cancel. Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.
Cancelling
You may cancel any time before collecting, at no cost, since nothing has been paid. A quick call helps us plan, but it is not required. We may also cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced.
Faulty items and warranty
Appliances and electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and by your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394). See our Refund and Returns Policy.
