This policy explains what happens if something is wrong with an item you bought from us.
Orders you have not collected
Nothing is paid until you collect, so there is nothing to refund. The order simply lapses.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what was described, bring it back with your receipt. Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394) you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.
This protection exists automatically by law, whether or not the item came with a manufacturer’s warranty card, and lasts from sixty (60) days up to one (1) year from the date of delivery, depending on the product.
Please check appliances and electronics with our staff before leaving the branch. It is far easier to sort out a problem at the counter than after the item is home.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please check the item and ask our staff any questions before you pay — we would much rather answer them at the counter than have you take home something that is not right for you.
What to bring
- The item, with its original box and accessories where possible.
- Your official receipt.
- A valid ID.
Manufacturer warranty
Many appliances and electronics carry a manufacturer warranty, and some are serviced at an authorised service centre rather than in store. We will tell you which applies and help you arrange it.
